We know that sometimes returning something can be a challenge. We have made it our mission to make returning an item as easy as possible.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and you change your mind, we accept returns up to 30 days after placing your order. Items that are being returned need to be in the original condition that they were sold in, unworn, unaltered, and all original packaging intact.

Of course there are a few terms and conditions. You can read more about our returns policy here.

We are able to ship anywhere within New Zealand. Shipping on all orders over $100 is always free.

Orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee.

Most rings can be resized but this is dependent on the ring style and setting of the gemstones.

If a ring needs to be resized, please visit us in store or contact us for a quote.

Rhodium plating is a process applied to white gold pieces that gives the metal its exceptional white colour. We recommend that you get your white gold jewellery checked by a professional jeweller annually.

Just like your car WOF we recommend getting your jewellery checked annually. If replating is required your jeweller will let you know and recommend next steps to ensure the longevity of your piece. Rhodium plating should not be required annually.

In jewellery, cleaning a piece means removing the dirt and oils from our skin that make a piece grimy. During a professional clean, however, our jeweller also polishes the piece. This process removes scratches and buffs the piece to leave a clean and clear surface.

Proper care for your jewellery is important to keep it pretty and prevent damage which may not be covered by your product warranty.

As with high heels, we recommend that you do not wear your jewellery while sleeping, showering, swimming, or during extreme physical activity.

Avoid contact with body care products, and harsh chemicals, including perfumes, hairspray, lotions and household cleaners.

Finally, jewellery should be the last thing to put on while getting ready and the first thing you remove when you get home.

For all our tips to take care of your jewellery, please see our Jewellery Care page. Please refer to individual brands for more information and care instructions.
